Welcome to TonearmAudio.

I believe that a tonearm must be pleasing to look at as well as offering flawless performance. Since the primary functions of any arm are to hold the cartridge perpendicular to the record and let it move freely at the preferred stylus force, it should be able to do this with the fewest parts. Hence the simplicity--and the low price.

These hand-crafted tonearms are available in two versions: effective lengths of 9" and 12". Both use two radial ball bearings for resistance-free swiveling with adjustments for cartridge overhang, azimuth, VTA, and stylus force.

The 9" tonearm has an anti-skate device, although it may not be needed but, if it is, it's there. The 12" arm does not require any skating correction.

A customer testimonial:
My name is Dave Mancini and I love vinyl!
I don't have much experience with high-end tonearms, but I have purchased, tested, and listened to various amps, pre-amps, turntables, and cartridges. My ears are pretty good, so I can tell what sound good.....and what doesn't.
Len's tonearm is a great exercise in simplicity. Every record I've played (with a variety of cartridges) has tracked perfectly and sounded great at 1.2 to 1.8 grams. No skating, no acoustic feedback, no damped descent cue to screw up. These's no cue, but who needs one?  And it feels good in my hand......a lot of tonearms don''t.
I think wood is a better material than metal because you don't get capacitance mis-matches, or other related stuff. Also, it appears the arm will work with any cartridge, whether MC or MM.
If you want the most bang for you buck you'll buy this arm.  If Consumer Reports rated tonearms this would certainly be a "Best Buy".
